Senior Compensation Manager, Hybrid, London £95k - £120k

A global firm with a strong international presence is hiring a Senior Compensation Manager to join its global reward team. Known for its collaborative culture and commitment to excellence, the firm supports clients across industries through strategic and operational change.

Reporting into the Reward Director, you will act as a strategic partner to stakeholders and business leaders across global functions. You will lead on compensation design and execution, manage salary reviews, and provide benchmarking for senior roles. You will advise on executive compensation, and support annual and mid-year compensation cycles.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will be motivated, resourceful, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have at least eight years of progressive compensation experience in a corporate environment, with a strong understanding of compensation models, executive pay, and stakeholder engagement. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.
