Job Overview:
We are seeking a Glint Specialist that The Glint Specialist is responsible for configuring, managing, and optimising the employee engagement listening experience within the Glint platform. This includes end-to-end ownership of survey templates, scheduling, run-rules, action-planning workflows, and manager dashboard enablement. The specialist ensures that all listening programs follow a consistent governance model, provide actionable insights, and meet broader business and HR objectives. The contract runs until 31/12/2026 and must be paid via umbrella.

Key Responsibilities:

Survey Configuration & Template Management
  • Design, configure, and maintain Glint survey templates aligned with organisational listening strategies, including engagement, pulse, onboarding, and exit surveys.
  • Customise survey questions, scales, display logic, translations, and branding elements to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Validate survey design with business stakeholders, HRBP teams, and People Analytics partners to ensure relevance and accuracy.

Survey Scheduling & Run-Rules Execution
  • Manage end-to-end scheduling, launch coordination, and automation of Glint survey cycles.
  • Configure run-rules such as eligibility criteria, sampling logic, hierarchy mappings, reminders, and cut-off rules.
  • Ensure timely deployment, monitor survey progress, and support operational troubleshooting to maintain high participation rates.

Manager Dashboard Setup & Enablement
  • Configure and maintain Glint manager dashboards to deliver meaningful insights to leaders at all levels.
  • Set up thresholds, heatmaps, team views, filters, action-planning modules, and reporting permissions.
  • Work with stakeholders to define dashboard structures reflective of accurate organisational hierarchies.

Governance, Compliance & Standardisation
  • Ensure all Glint configurations adhere to enterprise listening governance, confidentiality rules, and compliance standards.
  • Maintain a controlled, auditable configuration process including versioning, approval workflows, and documentation.
  • Partner with InfoSec and data governance teams to ensure appropriate access controls and data usage policies.

Data Integrity & Preparation
  • Validate survey metadata, hierarchies, and population files for accuracy prior to launch.
  • Support troubleshooting of hierarchy mismatches, segmentation issues, or data discrepancies in dashboards.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure Glint data is prepared for HRDP ingestion and analytics use cases.

Stakeholder Management & Consultant Support
  • Act as the primary liaison between HR, People Analytics teams, business stakeholders, and the Glint platform team.
  • Provide guidance to HRBPs, managers, and business leaders on how to use Glint insights effectively.
  • Support change management activities, including communication, FAQs, training, and user enablement.

Continuous Improvement & Listening Strategy Support
  • Analyse survey configurations and outcomes to identify improvements for future cycles.
  • Recommend enhancements to listening strategy, question sets, run-rules, or dashboard logic.
  • Stay current with Glint product updates and platform capabilities to optimise listening programs.

Skills & Experience Requirements
  • Hands-on experience configuring Glint survey programs, dashboards, and run-rules.
  • Understanding of organisational hierarchies, people data structures, and segmentation logic.
  • Familiarity with survey methodology, engagement drivers, and action-planning frameworks.

Data & Analytics Skills
  • Ability to validate survey files, troubleshoot data inconsistencies, and interpret dashboard metrics.
  • Exposure to downstream analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, HR data platforms) is beneficial.
