German-speaking Account Manager, Research Company, London, Hybrid-Working, £37,000 + Bonus, Immediate Start!
Our client, a leading Research Publisher whom have been established for close to 20 years, are looking to recruit a fantastic German-speaking candidate to join their Account Management/client-facing Sales team. Working on a hybrid basis with 3 days a week in a fantastic Central London office/2 days working from home, this is an incredible opportunity for the perfect candidate!
Our client help to provide the world's scientists with industry-leading information, offering an open-access platform to publish high quality, high-impact research. They are on a mission to make all science open, enabling the research community to develop the solutions we all need to live healthy lives. Their articles have been viewed over 4 billion times, and the business boast offices across the world! In order to improve their client-facing solution, they are actively seeking the right candidate to come and join their Account Management team - in a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients - building relationships, anticipating needs and delivering a seamless customer experience
- Driving efficient onboarding, retention and renewals within portfolio
- Identifying opportunities to up-sell company solutions, supporting wider revenue growth
- Monitoring engagement data, analysing trends and proposing solutions for improved client experience
- Collaborating with internal teams (Publishing/Sales/Product/Finance/Tech) to enhance overall client journey
- Contributing to the creation and continuous improvement of resources and processes
- Handling any general client queries in shared team inbox, ensuring 100% client satisfaction
In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:
- Fluency in German (written and verbal)
- Experience of working within either a Sales or Account Management capacity (supporting revenue growth, etc)
- Experience of providing an exceptional experience/service to external clients/customers
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
- Articulate, professional telephone/email manner (ability to build rapport with others easily)
- Fun, sociable personality!
In addition to a very competitive basic salary, our client are also offering the following:
- Additional bonus/commission (based on individual performance)
- Hybrid-working model (3 days in London office / 2 days working from home)
- Fantastic working hours: Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 5.30pm
- 4 additional wellbeing days in addition to annual leave entitlement / range of wellbeing initiatives
- Private medical care
