Your new role
- Managing the classroom and ensuring students remain on task
- Delivering engaging lessons and adapting to different school environments
- Providing feedback to the department or cover manager
- Upholding school policies and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- UK classroom experience at the secondary level
- Strong classroom management and adaptability
- A proactive and professional approach to teaching
- Availability for short-notice or pre-booked supply work
