Your new role

As a Chartered GP Surveyor, you’ll support the day‑to‑day management of the estate, covering industrial, retail, telecoms, rural and operational assets.

  • 1–2 years post-qualification experience, with exposure to landlord & tenant and commercial property work.

  • Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with a broad caseload.

  • A desire to work across varied asset types.

  • A salary of up to £44,000.

  • Hybrid working (typically 3 days in the office once established).
