Senior Administrator/Works Planner - Speke - 2 month temporary role - Office based - £15- £16 per hour

You will be working for a leading provider of full life-cycle engineering, operations and decarbonisation solutions, for transport infrastructure and complex facilities.

Your new role

Dealing with subcontractors and suppliers
Diary Management for IT support engineers
Logging jobs
The allocation of planned maintenance tasks to engineers with the contractual schedules
To implement good processes regarding storage of information
To coordinate subcontracted works and ensure the works are correctly allocated to the best supplier
To liaise with suppliers, instructing work and carting as a first point of response

What you'll need to succeed

Windows 10 experience - hands on

Contract support, Word, Excel and PowerPoint knowledge

Administration/scheduling/work planning experience

What you'll get in return

In return, you'll be working on a 2-month temporary contract, with the possibility for extension, gaining experience within a large, well-established organisation. You will be based in Speke, 5 days per week (Monday-Friday), working from 8am-4pm. You will be paid between £15-£16 per hour. You will be paid weekly, every Friday.
