Labourer/Gateman Wanted in Kilmarnock
Your new company
You’ll be joining a well‑established main contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high‑quality construction projects across Scotland. They are currently seeking additional site support to assist their team on an active project based in Kilmarnock.
Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out gateman duties, including monitoring site access, opening and closing the site, and directing vehicles and visitors appropriately. Alongside this, you will support the site team with general labouring tasks as required, helping to maintain a safe, tidy and efficient working environment.
What you'll need to succeed
- A valid Green CSCS card
- Previous experience as a labourer
- A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider site team
- Reliability and strong communication skills
