Gate person / Labourer - Ballycastle - Long Term Work

We’re looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Gate Person to join our busy construction site team. This is a key role ensuring the smooth and secure operation of site access, welcoming deliveries, visitors, and contractors with efficiency.

Location: Ballycastle Hours: 40 hours + Rate: Competitive, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control access to the site, logging all entries and exits
Direct vehicles and deliveries to appropriate areas
Liaise with site management

Maintain a clean and organised gatehouse

Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Strong communication skills
Basic understanding of health & safety procedures
CSR card or equivalent

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in being the first point of contact on site and understands the importance of vigilance and professionalism. You’ll be part of a supportive team working in a fast-paced environment where safety and efficiency are paramount.
