Your new role
As a Gas Fitter, your role will be primarily focussed on the gas-related works of our business, incorporating both new installation and servicing aspects.- Undertaking new gas installations and commissioning of newly installed appliances in residential properties specifically relating to the company's fireplace installations.
- Installation of gas appliances in accordance with manufacturers installation requirements and Gas Safe Regulations.
- Servicing, diagnostics and fault-finding on installed appliances.
- Site surveys for new installations
What you'll need to succeed
- Hold valid registration with Gas Safe as a Domestic Gas Engineer (ideally qualified for Fireplaces)
- Experience with gas appliance installations, ideally including Nuflame, Barbas Bellfire, Kalfire, Element4 etc
- Specific extensive experience having worked in the gas trade within the Residential Construction Industry for high-value homes in London and Home Counties
- A cute attention to detail to all sources of information
- Clear communicator in verbal, written and digital formats
- Great people’s person, able to relate to colleagues, clients, trades and suppliers
- Honest and trustworthy
- Impeccable time management
- Able to multitask and prioritise workflows
- Work neatly and efficiently
What you'll get in return
Permanent contract
- Vehicle provided (fully equipped)
- Full-time role – Monday to Friday
- 42.5 hours a week (negotiable)
- 7:30am to 5pm (Half-hour lunch days will differ)
