Your new role

As a Gas Fitter, your role will be primarily focussed on the gas-related works of our business, incorporating both new installation and servicing aspects.

  • Undertaking new gas installations and commissioning of newly installed appliances in residential properties specifically relating to the company's fireplace installations.
  • Installation of gas appliances in accordance with manufacturers installation requirements and Gas Safe Regulations.
  • Servicing, diagnostics and fault-finding on installed appliances.
  • Site surveys for new installations

What you'll need to succeed

  • Hold valid registration with Gas Safe as a Domestic Gas Engineer (ideally qualified for Fireplaces)
  • Experience with gas appliance installations, ideally including Nuflame, Barbas Bellfire, Kalfire, Element4 etc
  • Specific extensive experience having worked in the gas trade within the Residential Construction Industry for high-value homes in London and Home Counties
  • A cute attention to detail to all sources of information
  • Clear communicator in verbal, written and digital formats
  • Great people’s person, able to relate to colleagues, clients, trades and suppliers
  • Honest and trustworthy
  • Impeccable time management
  • Able to multitask and prioritise workflows
  • Work neatly and efficiently

  • 42.5 hours a week (negotiable)
  • 7:30am to 5pm (Half-hour lunch days will differ)
