Your new role

As a Fundraising Officer – Individual Giving, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering a strategy to grow individual giving. You’ll lead on donor acquisition, engagement, and retention, manage bi-annual appeals, and promote legacy giving. You’ll also oversee the fundraising team’s CRM system, ensuring data is used effectively to support supporter journeys and income growth.

This is a full-time, permanent position with hybrid working options available.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in individual giving, regular giving, or legacy fundraising
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence in using CRM systems and analysing supporter data
  • A creative and proactive approach to campaign development
  • Knowledge of homelessness or social inclusion sectors (desirable but not essential)
