An opportunity has arisen to join one of the world's leading investment management companies, with over 50 years of history. They are one of the largest providers of mutual funds and ETFs in the world. They offer several other services and help individuals, institutions and financial advisors meet the challenges of retirement. They have significant ambition to launch many new funds, up to 15-20 per year.

Your new role

As a Project Manager, you will join to work as part of the Fund Launch Project Management team and be responsible for the end-end launch of one or more funds. This will involve working with key internal and external stakeholders to successfully launch funds. You will be responsible for all elements of the project, from initiation through to completion.

You will be required to communicate project status and issues to key stakeholders, including leaders, team members and senior managers. The Project Manager will also build and maintain effective relationships and proactively foster communication between internal and external project stakeholders. They will also proactively identify, manage and mitigate risks and any related project issues. Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and buy-in as appropriate.

What you'll need to succeed :
  • Prior experience of working in an investment management capacity
  • Experience of working on the end-end launch of funds previously
  • Good product knowledge across various asset classes - derivatives, fund of funds, private equity, Fixed Income tec
  • Project Management experience ideally
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with senior level stakeholders

What you'll get in return

Basic salary up to £82,000
20% discretionary personal achievement bonus
£10,500 partnership bonus (based on company performance)
