A Financial Markets team is seeking a skilled Fund Accountant to join their team on a 15‑month fixed‑term contract. This hybrid role is based in London and offers the opportunity to play a key part in delivering high‑quality fund accounting and reporting for a major UK pension investment organisation

Your new role

• Reviewing daily NAVs in line with accounting standards and internal controls
• Managing oversight of Operating Partners and Third‑Party Administrators
• Ensuring data completeness, accuracy and integrity within the MSCI portfolio management system
• Supporting internal and external stakeholders with high‑quality data and insight
• Contributing to both our Investment and Fiduciary functions

What you'll need to succeed

• Part-Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• A solid understanding of private equity investment accounting
• Technical expertise in private markets, ideally from a fund administrator or asset management environment
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data‑driven modelling)
• A passion for financial reporting
• An analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
• The ability to challenge constructively and provide clarity to stakeholders
• A proactive, organised, and adaptable approach
