Here at Hays education, we have a large number of partnerships with local schools across Bristol; one in particular being this North Bristol school that we are currently recruiting for. This school is looking for an individual to join on a long-term, full-time basis in this BS8 school. We are looking for a Year 2 teacher to join this school from September.
Your new role
This local BS8 school is looking for a Year 2 Teacher to join their vibrant team in the new academic year. This role is 5 days a week and on a long-term basis, covering the end of a maternity leave up until Christmas. You will be working in a two-form entry school alongside an experienced team to support you when settling in. You must be able to adopt full class teaching responsibilities, including planning and marking, parents' evenings and staff meetings. You must also have strong knowledge of the curriculum. This role is also open to ECTs too.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (PGCE)- Experience within the last 5 years
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Good knowledge of the English National Curriculum
