Your new company
This Bristol primary school is looking for an enthusiastic teacher to join their team on a full-time basis from September. Working 5 days a week in their Year 2 classroom. This school is in BS6 with public transport available, and a car park on the site of the school. This school is highly regarded and receives excellent feedback from parents and visitors. This school is centred around children as they are looking for a like-minded individual to join their Year 2 team and excel the children to be the best that they can be.
Your new role
With this full-time, long-term role in Year 2, you will need to have strong and adaptable classroom skills as you will be expected to take on full class responsibilities; this includes planning, marking, school trips, parents' evenings and staff meetings. You will need to be able to work independently and use initiative as well as demonstrate resilience when coping with the everyday challenges of working with young children. This role is open to ECTs and will be best suited to individuals who are looking for a full-time placement in September.
What you'll need to succeed
- Classroom Teaching experience within the last 5 years- Two working references from your most recent jobs that apply relevance to the position
- Experience teaching in a primary school
- Hold a UK Qualified Teacher Status
- Good knowledge of the English National Curriculum
