Salesforce Field Service Solution Architect

We’re looking for a Salesforce Field Service Management Solution Architect to lead the design of scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that transform enterprise operations

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture: Design end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Field Service and ERP integrations.
Integration Design: Architect and oversee integrations with external systems, including ERP (SAP), middleware, and SSO solutions.
Agile Collaboration: Collaborate in Agile teams, guiding developers and stakeholders
Governance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with governance and data protection standards

Skills & Technologies

Salesforce Expertise: Service Cloud, Salesforce Field Service, APEX, Flow Automations
Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP and integration patterns
Architecture Tools: UML, ERD modelling, Jira, Confluence, draw.io
Project Experience: Hands-on Salesforce Field Service with ERP integration; multi-system architecture involving SAP
Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Architect certification and Salesforce Field Service certification
