Front of house administrator
A client of ours is looking for a full-time Front of House Assistant in their Cardiff office.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm with flexibility to work additional hours.
The role requires an experienced professional with a strong client focus who will be responsible for all client areas within the building as well as the total care of clients in person and on the telephone.
• Providing refreshments (including ordering/laying-out of lunches)
• Clearing rooms and conducting quality checks
• Room set up changes
•Reconciling invoices
•Answering incoming calls
Meeting and greeting clients
Flexibility in the job and working hours will be expected.
Applicants must be computer literate and have a basic knowledge of Outlook and Word.
•Experience in a Front of House / Client Facing / Reception position
• Positive, enthusiastic and pro-active approach
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative
•Knowledge of Microsoft packages
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• ‘Can do’ and ‘will help’ approach
•Good communication skills
•Excellent client care approach
