French Customer Service Advisor, Permanent and full-time, £30,000 - £32,000 P/A, Willenhall based, Hybrid

Your new company

Hays Business Support are recruiting on behalf of a large European manufacturing organisation based in Willenhall. They're looking for an individual who enjoys working with customers and wants to make meaningful contribution to the customer market to join them on a permanent basis. This is a full-time, permanent role which requires a candidate to be fluent in both English and French.

Your new role

This role will involve you advising customers, both national and international, on the full range of services and products of this business. Furthermore, you will be providing quotations to these customers and processing their orders on an internal ERP system. You will be required to liaise with other departments within the business to ensure customers are being given the best customer service possible. Occasionally, you may also need to deal with escalations and complaints.

What you'll need to succeed

You must be fluent in both English and French to be considered for this role. At least 2 years of customer service experience is also required.
