Your new company
Our client is a well-regarded, global defendant law firm with offices across the UK. They are currently recruiting for a Litigation Executive or Solicitor to join their Liverpool office to handle their own caseload of fraud claims on behalf of large insurer clients.
Your new role
This Fraud Solicitor/Litigation Executive role will see you responsible for your own caseload of fraudulent matters, including motor fraud, casualty fraud and large loss claims. You will work on behalf of a range of household insurer clients as well as retail and finance clients. This role requires you to conduct investigations into suspected fraudulent activities and maintain strong client relationships through providing clear advice.
What you'll need to succeed
This role is open to both qualified and strong non-qualified fraud litigators. Qualified applicants should be up to 4 years PQE. You must have strong previous experience handling your own caseload of fraud claims, ideally within motor and/or casualty fraud. A background in personal injury is beneficial. You must be able to commute to Liverpool city centre twice a week.
