Fraud Senior Associate sought after by highly-regarded defendant firm for hybrid role

Ou client is a global defendant firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting for a Senior Associate to join their highly-regarded fraud department in Manchester. The role has a high level of hybrid flexibility and a competitive salary.

Your new role
This Fraud Senior Associate role will see you responsible for:
  • Handing your own caseload of fraudulent claims including motor, EL/PL and organised fraud rings.
  • Leading high-value, complex fraud claims.
  • Building/maintaining strong relationships with a range of large insurer clients.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team.
  • Partaking in business development opportunities to help grow the reputation of the department.
  • Undertaking litigation, advocacy and trial preparation.

What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with 6+ years experience handling your own caseload of litigated insurance fraud claims. Applicants must be from a defendant background with previous experience running their own complex caseload. You must have strong leadership and mentoring skills to help support junior members of the team.
