Your new role

You’ll take on a part-time strategic finance position (approx. 2 days per week), working closely with senior decision-makers to drive financial clarity and support business growth. Your remit will span oversight of financial reporting, strategic planning, and operational improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a senior advisor to the finance function and executive team

• Lead monthly performance reviews and financial analysis

• Provide insight on complex financial scenarios and business decisions

• Shape long-term financial direction and planning

• Advise on ownership structures and capital matters

• Recommend strategies to enhance financial standing

• Develop and refine forecasting and liquidity models

• Guide on international transactions and currency matters

What you'll need to succeed

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in senior finance roles within SME / Start Up Technology environments

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive continuous improvement
