We are looking for top four candidates that have worked in a top-tier consultancy to join a dynamic, fast-growing consultancy at the forefront of financial transformation for leading businesses across London. Their team partners with PE, VC and listed businesses across the UK. They have a high-performing team of finance leaders and management consultants, and are looking to grow!

Your new role

As an FP&A Transformation Manager, you’ll lead and deliver end-to-end transformation projects for clients in the Financial Services sector. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to:

  • Architect and implement new approaches to financial planning and analysis, adapting structures to suit both unified and distributed business models.

  • Reimagine and refine core financial cycles

  • Elevate how costs are tracked, performance is measured, and finance teams partner with the business.

  • Lead the rollout and integration of advanced finance technologies

  • Evaluate existing workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and craft forward-thinking solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Take ownership of project execution, coordinating resources, deliverables, and team activities to achieve successful outcomes.

  • Play a key role in developing internal expertise and shaping the company’s strategic market positioning.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in management consulting, delivering Finance or FP&A transformation projects (ideally with a top 4 firm)

  • Deep understanding of FP&A processes and challenges in FS

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Familiarity with FP&A and reporting tools (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle EPM, SAP BPC, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

  • Interest or experience in automation (RPA) or AI/ML in Finance is desirable.

  • Commercially aware, outcome-focused, and comfortable navigating ambiguity

  • Confident, engaging senior stakeholders and a collaborative team player
