This is far from a traditional finance role; you’ll be at the heart of game performance analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration, helping shape the future of our business.

Your new role

• Own weekly/monthly reporting and KPI analysis
• Deep-dive into game performance, ROI, and profitability
• Model new games and build business cases
• Forecasting, planning, and partnering across teams

What you'll need to succeed

• ACA qualified (Top 15) or equivalent
• 5+ years in finance/FP&A (gaming, tech, or entertainment a must)
• Strong Excel and modelling skills
• Experience with ERP/BI tools (D365, IBM Planning Analytics, etc.)
• Data-driven mindset with sharp commercial instincts
