Your new role
The individual in this senior finance role will oversee the organisation’s forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis functions. Collaborating closely with top executives and the Chief Financial Officer, they will offer strategic guidance grounded in financial data. Leading a small team of FP&A Managers, this person will play a pivotal role in shaping financial direction, enhancing business performance through data-driven insights, and safeguarding the company’s fiscal health.
What you'll need to succeed
We’re seeking a commercially astute finance leader with a proven track record in financial planning and analysis, ideally within a fast-moving, consumer-focused environment. You’ll bring a strong strategic mindset, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business performance.
Key Requirements:
- Significant experience in FP&A, with a background in FMCG, retail, or similarly fast-paced sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to lead planning cycles, forecasting, and performance reviews across multiple business units or markets.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leadership.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Comfortable working with large data sets and financial systems; advanced Excel and financial modelling skills are essential.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement and commercial impact.
- Management of FP&A for a full P&L in a multi-national business
- Professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
