Your new role

This is a pivotal role within the group finance team, supporting financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple divisions. You'll be responsible for designing and enhancing financial models, streamlining reporting processes, and driving automation to improve accuracy and efficiency. A key part of your remit will be establishing and reporting KPIs, delivering commercial analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making through insightful financial data.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership, management accounting, and transaction processing teams, fostering a collaborative, data-driven culture. This role offers the opportunity to bring fresh ideas to the table, improve internal processes, and elevate the profile of the finance department.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in a financial planning and analysis role (3+ Years)
  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling, pivot tables, and power queries
  • Strong analytical ability and comfort working with large, complex data sets
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High attention to detail and a drive for quality and accuracy
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • A collaborative approach and the confidence to work independently when needed
