Your new company
You will be joining a well‑established construction contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high‑quality residential projects across Northern Ireland. Known for their commitment to craftsmanship, collaboration and long‑term growth, the company continues to secure a steady pipeline of work due to repeat business and strong client relationships. As they expand their operational team, they are seeking a Foreperson to support the successful delivery of a new housing development in Co. Derry.
Your new role
As Foreperson, you will take a leading role on site, ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day delivery of a residential construction project. You will coordinate trades, oversee site activity, monitor progress and quality, and ensure all works are carried out safely and professionally. This is a permanent role offering continuity and the opportunity to grow within an ambitious and supportive organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience as a Foreperson, General Foreman, or experienced Site Manager
- Strong knowledge of residential construction processes
- Proven ability to coordinate trades and maintain high quality standards
- Solid understanding of site health & safety and the ability to enforce best practice
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- CSR/CSCS and relevant site‑based certifications
