Your new role

As a result of continuous growth and success, this company requires a Site Foreperson to join them on an initial fast-paced office fitout based at their own Co. Tyrone HQ. They are undertaking a number of NI-based roles, including a block of social apartments in the Northwest. This role will require experience in construction management on medium-sized commercial projects. The successful applicant must be able to use their own initiative, whilst being able to take accountability and responsibility for the project from start to finish. You will be required to deliver daily briefings and ensure client time and budget targets are met. This role is initially a temporary role to run up until Christmas 2025.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role, you will be required to have an excellent level of communication, along with a key focus on deadlines whilst motivating the team to hit key targets. You will also require excellent technical experience and expertise along with experience delivering fast-paced projects at this level.
It is required that you have suitable experience as a Site no. 1 working on medium-scale projects. Furthermore, you must hold a valid CSR Site Supervisor Card, CSCS, or SMSTS training certificate.
