What You’ll Be Doing
You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of refrigeration equipment and building services across multiple client sites throughout Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and complete reactive tasks and minor repairs
  • Execute refrigeration/HVAC PPM tasks in line with contract scope and specifications
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of commercial refrigeration systems, including pack systems and controls
  • Respond promptly and professionally to Helpdesk service requests.
  • Prioritise maintenance and repair work to meet agreed response times
  • Order and maintain tools, materials, and equipment in line with company procedures.
  • Identify when specialist subcontractors are required and provide clear job specifications
  • Manage subcontractor attendance and ensure work meets required standards and budgets
  • Complete remedial works, minor alterations, and installations
  • Advise on capital purchases and support surveys and reporting
  • Maintain accurate asset registers and ensure all equipment is tagged
  • Represent our client professionally, building strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Complete all paperwork accurately and on time
What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 2 & 3 Refrigeration / Air Conditioning
  • C&G 2079 F Gas Category 1 Certificate
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and Computer‑Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems
Desirable
  • IPAF Training
Competencies
  • Previous experience in a similar FM refrigeration role
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and customer‑service mindset
