Support Worker required across Bristol and Bath

Your new role
As a Floating Support Worker, you’ll provide flexible support across multiple locations, including Bath, Bristol (potentially Mendip and Gloucestershire). You’ll work with clients facing homelessness, trauma, mental ill-health, substance misuse, and other challenges.

Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centred support and enabling services
- Conduct needs and risk assessments
- Maintain accurate client records
- Support housing management, including rent arrears and move-on pathways
- Liaise with external agencies and promote service user involvement
- Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota
- Work flexibly, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

What you'll need to succeed

- Proven experience supporting individuals with complex needs and/or challenging behaviours
- Strong understanding of homelessness, social exclusion, and trauma-informed approaches
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving license and access to a car
