The business is structured into three core divisions, offering a collaborative and dynamic workplace with a strong focus on operational excellence and employee development. The organisation are looking for a detail-driven Fleet Co-ordinator for a 1-year FTC in their Hammersmith office, with a possibility for extension beyond this and hybrid work available.Your new role
As Fleet Co-ordinator, you’ll be the central point of contact for all things related to the company’s benefit-in-kind vehicle scheme. This includes managing insurance claims, liaising with brokers and legal teams, coordinating with the fleet service provider, and ensuring accurate reporting for payroll and compliance. You’ll handle accident notifications, maintain insurance databases, reconcile fleet reports, and support HR with licence checks and fuel card administration. The role demands precision in data handling, especially using Excel (pivot tables, formulas), and strong communication skills to navigate between internal teams and external stakeholders. It’s a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working—three days in-office and two remote after initial training.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll need solid experience in data management and Excel, including pivot tables and basic formulas. A keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate clearly across departments are essential. Familiarity with fleet operations, insurance processes, or payroll coordination will give you a strong advantage. In order to be considered, you need to be available at short notice and based within a reasonable commute of Hammersmith.
What you'll get in return
Alongside a competitive salary of £29,000–£32,000, you’ll receive 26 days’ annual leave, a discretionary bonus, pension contributions, private medical insurance, income protection, and critical illness cover. You’ll also benefit from a travel allowance that covers most commuting costs and access to professional development training. The role is Monday to Friday, 9-5pm.
