Hays are looking for a finishing foreman/assistant site manager - residential builds.

Hays are currently supporting a rapidly growing housebuilder in the Southwest who requires a finishing foreman/assistant site manager with a strong background in residential builds and snagging to support on a large site.
If you have a background of house building and are passionate about handing over good quality homes, then this could be the role for you!

Some of your key responsibilities might include

Conducting and completing checks and snags on homes.
Quality control of materials and homes including safety inspections.
Supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
Report to and work with site managers and build directors to support the overall project.

SMSTS
CSCS
First Aid at Work
Strong experience in new residential builds
