About the Team
The Business Services and Outsourcing (BS&O) division plays a pivotal role in delivering sustainable solutions such as accounting, payroll, and compliance services. The team also acts as a connector across the firm’s broader service offerings, both domestically and globally. By cultivating deep client relationships, BS&O professionals open doors for cross-functional collaboration and holistic advisory support.

The Opportunity
This is a senior leadership role within the Financial Reporting Advisory practice. As the Regional Leader for Financial Reporting Advisory, you will:
  • Lead local and national advisory engagements
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to grow regional revenue share
  • Deliver innovative, market-relevant solutions to complex financial reporting challenges
  • Empower CFOs and finance teams by easing the pressures of accounting and compliance
  • Contribute to the strategic direction and success of the national advisory plan

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of advisory projects
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Drive business development and identify opportunities for growth
  • Mentor and develop junior team members
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality frameworks

What You’ll Bring
  • ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent overseas certification)
  • Deep expertise in UK GAAP and IFRSs (including IFRS 9, 15, and 16)
  • Proven experience delivering financial reporting advisory services or audit to complex businesses
  • Strong project management skills across multiple concurrent engagements
  • Demonstrated leadership in staff development, mentoring, and recruitment
  • Familiarity with financial products, regulatory compliance, and anti-money laundering practices
  • Commercial acumen and a track record in business development
