• Managing and developing AP and AR teams to ensure high performance and strong engagement
• Overseeing daily transactional processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery
• Maintaining robust ledgers and supporting efficient month‑end and year‑end close
• Ensuring effective reconciliations and smooth data flow across the finance function
• Leading cash management activity, including liquidity oversight and cash flow forecasting
• Driving process improvement and automation across transactional finance
• Strengthening financial controls, governance frameworks and audit readiness
• Supporting enhancements to finance systems
• This is a highly visible role where you will be expected to bring structure, pace and clarity to a busy operational finance environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• A recognised accounting qualification or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership experience across AP, AR and transactional finance
• Excellent technical understanding of accounting principles, controls and month‑end processes
• Proven experience delivering process improvements and embedding automation
• Strong cash flow forecasting and treasury management capability
• Experience implementing or optimising finance systems
• A proactive, hands‑on approach with the confidence to lead teams and influence stakeholders
