Join Inn Gear Ltd as the Financial Controller and play a pivotal role in their leadership team, taking full ownership of the finance function, reporting to the Managing Director. We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic finance professional with a recognised professional qualification (e.g. CIMA, ACA, ACCA) and a strong track record in senior financial management in SME/owner-managed businesses. Experience in the manufacturing, hospitality, retail or another product-based sector is ideal, but we also welcome commercially focused professionals who can quickly adapt to the nuances of this industry.

You’ll be an inspiring team leader with a collaborative and proactive mindset, capable of guiding a small, high-performing finance team. Your commercial acumen and ability to navigate complex multi-site projects will be key to your success.
