Lead financial control, management accounting and divisional reporting

Act as the primary Finance Business Partner to senior stakeholders

Own forecasting, budgeting, scenario modelling, and KPI reporting.

Review complex revenue recognition under US GAAP

Oversee month-end close, key judgements, reconciliations and controls

Manage and develop a team of five finance professionals

Support system improvements, data accuracy and MI enhancements

Act as a key contact for internal and external audit processes

ACA (or equivalent) qualified

Strong commercial mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills

Experience leading or developing junior team members (must have experience managing more than 3)

Confident working with ambiguity, complex contracts and judgemental areas

Advanced Excel and strong analytical capability
