Financial Controller - £50000 - £60000 per annum – Dungannon

Your new role
You will play a key role in driving financial governance and compliance within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include implementing and maintaining robust internal controls, ensuring regulatory compliance through policy and audits, and delivering accurate financial reporting. You’ll provide strategic insights by partnering with commercial and operations teams, perform profitability and margin analysis, and identify opportunities to improve working capital efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Fully qualified accountant with at least 5 years’ experience in progressive finance roles.
  • You do not need to be an experienced Financial Controller. If you are looking for your first move to this level, this could be a great job for you!
  • Proven leadership experience and a strong commercial mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to take a hands-on approach and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
