Your new role

• Leading the month-end and year-end close processes
• Preparing accurate financial statements and management reports
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Managing and mentoring a small finance team

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with proven experience in a senior finance position, ideally within a fast-paced or scaling environment. You should have strong technical accounting skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business.
