Your new company
A leading global organisation operating across more than 20 countries is seeking a Finance Integration Analyst to join its expanding divisional finance and integration team.

Your new role
As Finance Integration Analyst, you will play a critical role in the successful onboarding and integration of newly acquired companies into the global group structure. Acting as the key link between the acquired entity and divisional and group functions, you will ensure smooth alignment of processes, systems, and reporting.
This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role requiring strong financial acumen, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across multiple geographies. International travel will be required to support integration activity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the onboarding of newly acquired entities, ensuring full alignment with group policies, systems, and reporting standards.
  • Act as primary liaison between divisional finance, operational teams, and the acquired business throughout the integration process.
  • Develop and execute structured integration plans covering finance, operations, systems, and compliance.
  • Ensure financial reporting, governance, controls, and compliance frameworks are implemented effectively.
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, Health & Safety, and Operations to streamline processes and resolve integration challenges.
  • Influence decision‑making at all levels, constructively challenging where needed to drive best practice.
  • Identify risks, issues, and opportunities during integration and drive timely, practical solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of integration playbooks, tools, and frameworks for ongoing continuous improvement.
  • Travel internationally as required to support post‑acquisition activities.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years’ post‑qualification industry experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Self‑starter with high drive, resilience, and a proactive approach.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver structured integration processes.
  • Strong financial and operational understanding of post‑acquisition integration.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to present views, challenge constructively, and make decisions in complex environments.
  • Excellent project management skills and capability to manage multiple integrations concurrently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and willing to travel internationally.

What you'll get in return
You will join a high‑performing global organisation offering excellent exposure, development opportunities, and the chance to play a key role in shaping integration processes for newly acquired businesses.
