You will play a key role in supporting the operational success and strategic growth of the business.

Your new role

You will work closely with operational teams to ensure financial control and visibility across all projects. Your key responsibilities include:

• Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Monitoring project costs, budgets, and profitability
• Conducting variance analysis and supporting forecasting activities
• Liaising with project managers to ensure financial accuracy and accountability
• Supporting year-end processes and audit preparation
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a Qualified ACA Accountant with exposure to the construction or property sector. You will need strong analytical and reporting skills, and the confidence to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

What you'll get in return
