Hays Accountancy and Finance are seeking a dedicated Financial Accountant to join our client's team based in Lisburn, where your expertise will contribute to the strategic financial planning and decision-making processes that drive their success.

Your new role

Production of statutory accounts for Society and subsidiary companies.
Preparation of the audit file, including lead schedules
Preparation of year-end journals
Ability to take Trial Balance to Final Accounts
Preparation of management reports for Society and subsidiary companies.
Variance analysis, investigation and reporting.
Produce activity-based costing reports for each event.
Reconciliation of control accounts to include bank accounts, fixed assets, purchase ledger, sales ledger, inter-company control accounts and credit cards.
Implementation of financial systems and budgetary control.
Administer the payroll function, including HMRC liabilities and returns
