Financial Accountant – Guildford (Hybrid Working Available) Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + Benefits

Your new company, a leading professional services firm, is expanding its statutory accounts team and is seeking a newly or recently qualified ACA or ACCA Accountant. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing department focused on delivering high-quality financial reporting for a diverse portfolio of audit clients, including large and complex entities.

Your new role
You’ll be involved in preparing and reviewing statutory accounts under FRS 102, including complex group consolidations. With a strong audit foundation, you’ll bring technical insight and a keen eye for detail to support high-profile clients. You’ll also contribute to process development and play a key role in reviewing the work of junior team members, offering guidance and mentorship as the team grows.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys technical accounting challenges and wants to help shape a new service offering. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to internal training initiatives and collaborate closely with audit teams to ensure seamless delivery.
