Are you a driven and detail-oriented finance professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a high-performing team? We’re seeking a bright, motivated individual to join a dynamic finance department within a leading business operating across multiple European territories

Key Responsibilities:
  • Play a key role in month-end close, including journal postings aligned with group reporting deadlines
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations with full documentation and audit trails
  • Support the development and maintenance of financial controls and process documentation
  • Collaborate with senior finance staff to enhance reporting efficiency and drive automation
  • Liaise with internal teams to interpret financial data
  • Contribute to year-end audit and statutory financial statements
  • Participate in business planning and provide inputs for regulatory and tax submissions
  • Represent the finance team on cross-functional projects and intercompany initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

  • Part-qualified accountant with strong Excel skills and financial systems knowledge
  • Proven experience in reconciliations across systems, entities, and currencies
  • Solid understanding of accounting standards and control environments
  • Ability to prioritise workload and maintain high accuracy under pressure
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in small team settings
  • Self-starter with initiative and a problem-solving mindset
