Finance Support Co-ordinator – Belfast – 6-month fixed term, Hybrid

Your new role

As Finance/Procurement Support Co-Ordinator, you will play a key role in clearing a backlog of purchasing and invoicing reconciliation work. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you’ll ensure accuracy across delivery notes, purchase orders, and supplier invoices, resolving mismatches and updating internal payment trackers.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Reviewing and matching delivery notes, purchase orders, and invoices
  • Investigating and correcting discrepancies between systems and supplier documentation
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve outstanding queries
  • Auditing and realigning payment trackers to reflect accurate balances and commitments
  • Supporting process improvements to prevent future backlogs
  • Maintaining clear documentation and providing regular progress updates
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on detail, enjoys problem-solving, and can manage high volumes of transactional data efficiently.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong finance or procurement experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling large datasets
  • Proficiency in reconciliation and auditing processes
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements
