Finance Assistant, MS Excel, Invoicing, Financial Analyst

Finance Assistant – Fast-Paced FMCG Company
Hybrid | Flexible Hours | £28,000 per annum

Join a thriving FMCG business where speed, precision, and teamwork drive success. We’re looking for a proactive Finance Assistant to support our finance operations and help maintain the integrity of our transactional processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register promotional invoices and supporting documentation.
  • Assign invoices to the correct owners within agreed timelines.
  • Assist with day-to-day transactional finance tasks and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvements.

What You’ll Bring:
  • Previous experience in transactional finance within a fast-paced environment or;
  • Recent Grad with proficient MS Excel skills
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Awareness of fraud detection practices and financial controls.
