Senior Finance Job - ACCA/CIMA - Hospitality/Travel - Accounting - Essex

Your new role

The Finance Reporting Manager will work closely with our Finance Team to ensure that all internal and external reporting requirements are met. This is a new role as part of the expansion of the business.

Full training will be provided on in-house and third-party systems. The position is full-time, and the place of work will be a combination of home and office according to the company’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of internal and external reporting for monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
  • Periodic covenant testing and investor announcements.
  • VAT returns.
  • Preparation of Annual Accounts.
  • Key point of contact for the Annual Audit.
  • Accounting for fixed assets, depreciation, interest, shareholder loans, tonnage tax and FX hedging.
  • Various ad hoc reports and tasks as required.

Key Attributes:

  • 2–5 years accountancy experience essential.
  • Travel/Entertainment/Hospitality experience is desirable.
  • Experience of Power BI is desirable.
  • IFRS experience is desirable.

Qualifications

CIMA/ACCA/ACA is qualified desirable but not essential.
