My client is a small charity based in central London.

Your new role

The role is an Accounts Assistant. The role will include:

- Accounts payable and receivable
- Manage all aspects of supplier invoices and payments
- Expense processing
- Assist with BACS runs through Sage 50
- Process expenditure relating to company credit cards
- Assist the Finance Manager with bank reconciliations and year-end adjustments, including accruals and prepayments
- Credit control
This role is temporary, but could become permanent for the right candidate.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed, you will need previous experience within accounts. If you were studying for a professional qualification, this would be an advantage. Previous experience with Excel and Sage would also be a bonus.

What you'll get in return
