Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Officer to manage our financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Proficiency in SIMS, FMS, and Oracle is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Process invoices, payments, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Liaise with staff, suppliers, and external bodies regarding financial matters.
- Utilize SIMS, FMS, and Oracle for financial management and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finance Officer or similar role, in an educational setting.
- Proficiency in SIMS, FMS, and Oracle.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
