Based in Milton Keynes, this full-time role offers the chance to manage a talented finance team and spearhead process improvements that will elevate the department to the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Own the delivery of accurate financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Drive continuous improvement across financial processes and systems.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to provide strategic financial insights.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal controls.
  • Support audit and risk management activities.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability and innovation.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience managing a team.
  • Strong background in financial operations.
  • Demonstrated success in managing teams and leading process improvement initiatives.
  • PQ (Part-Qualified), QBE (Qualified by Experience), or fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
