Your new company is an award-winning market leader, who are seeking a qualified, experienced accountant to play a key role in the financial reporting function, working closely with the Financial Controller across core finance activities.

Your new role

You will lead a small team, producing management accounts and monthly reports, overseeing reconciliations, and acting as a main finance contact for internal stakeholders. This visible, business-facing role involves working with teams across the firm, sharing financial insight with both finance and non-finance colleagues, supporting accurate reporting, and offering a clear pathway toward progression into a Financial Controller position as the team grows.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with at least three years’ post-qualification experience and a strong background in managing junior team members within a fast-paced environment. They bring excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail and a client-focused mindset.

What you'll get in return
