A leading, high‑growth international insurance group is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their expanding Finance division. Your new role

• Delivering accurate and timely management accounts for assigned areas
• Partnering with regional finance teams across the division to analyse monthly results and key metrics
• Supporting annual budgets, forecasts and long‑term planning
• Assisting with consolidated and stand‑alone statutory reporting
• Supporting M&A due diligence and integration activity
• Managing cash flow, working capital and intercompany loans
• Contributing to process improvement, systems enhancement and control frameworks (including SOx readiness)
• Preparing documentation of key financial processes
• Liaising with Group finance, tax and legal teams

What you'll need to succeed

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 5+ years post‑qualified experience
• Strong technical accounting background (IFRS 15/16) and internal controls exposure
• Experience working with multiple entities, ideally within a large, international group
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex lookups, data manipulation)
