A leading, fast-growing organisation within the healthcare/services sector is seeking a high calibre Finance Manager to lead its finance operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, values-driven business going through continued expansion. You’ll work closely with the CFO and leadership team while managing a well-established finance function.

Your new role

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce monthly management accounts and oversee payroll, VAT, and statutory filings

• Manage working capital and lead IFRS 16 lease accounting

• Lead annual audits and maintain strong financial controls

• Own budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis

• Provide financial insight to support business decisions

• Manage and develop a finance team, driving a high-performing culture

• Ensure compliance and improve processes, systems, and controls

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified accountant (ACA)
• 3+ years’ experience in management accounts
• Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and advanced Excel skills
• Confident team leader with excellent communication skills
• Experience with cloud-based finance systems
